why am I blogging? oh yeah, 'cos typing's easier than handwriting + very few people will ever have the opportunity to read/comment on what I've written on a notebook in my nightstand. also, "journaling" apparently makes people happier. we'll see...

I really need to get better at posting regularly on here... recently I:
* drove to Long Beach to help pick up an oak dining table my roomie found on craigslist - tremendous deal!
* put together 1 of 4 ginormous CD/DVD storage towers and put 600+ DVDs back in their cases... 3 more to go
* learned how to fix the e-mail @ work so that it routes thru a spam-blocking service and we stop getting ads for penis-enlarging pills and winning Irish lottery notices
* started to give myself a pedicure... I still need to decide on a color, but my feet look a little cuter
*discovered a "new" flavor of Rocher - yum!
