why am I blogging? oh yeah, 'cos typing's easier than handwriting + very few people will ever have the opportunity to read/comment on what I've written on a notebook in my nightstand. also, "journaling" apparently makes people happier. we'll see...

Going to Lost Wages for the weekend to visit mom + go to the Soul2Soul show (Faith Hill & Tim McGraw) at the MGM Grand... I told mom to behave.

Also on in Sin City (and coincidentally at the MGM Grand)
this weekend is Louie Louie! Wish I had a link to his actual
web site, but it's been taken down. After several successful years
in Nevada, he apparently he took his show to Ego at Trump Taj
in Atlantic City for awhile, but he's back for the month of August
(hopefully longer!)...


...and Sandbox will be at the Hard Rock this Friday (8/3), Saturday(8/4) & Sunday(8/5) - Their 1st set starts @ 10pm each night.
